The rapid development of technology has brought about many significant impacts on our daily lives. The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the major trends in the future. How to use the power of technology in our hands depends on the attitude of the users.

The emergence of AI has accelerated the collection and dissemination of information, at the same time, the accuracy of information has also aroused people’s concern. Therefore, the ability to correctly distinguish information is of paramount importance, and it is the mission of the Hong Kong News-Expo to promote media literacy.

Hong Kong News-Expo will organise an essay competition on the theme of “How Artificial Intelligence Should Develop? ” , inviting students from various schools to enter and contribute their ideas on how to work with AI.

There are four groups in the Competition, including Primary Schools Group for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students; Junior Secondary Schools Group for Secondary 1 to Secondary 3 students; Senior Secondary Schools Group for Secondary 4 to Secondary 6 students and Tertiary Group for diploma or above students. We look forward to encouraging your school to participate in the Essay Competition.
