The Hong Kong News-Expo organises a commemorative stamp design competition to encourage students to unleash their creativity and design a stamp that can represent the 6th anniversary of the News-Expo with news-related elements. The competition aims to inspire students to learn about the history and development of journalism industry in Hong Kong as well as objective and comprehensive professional news, in order to enhance their media and information literacy.

香港新聞博覽館與一群本地導賞愛好者合作推出「香港報業尋蹤」導賞團，帶大家時光倒流，走訪中上環區的活化歷史建築，認識昔日街道的報業和印刷業，再到訪新聞博覽館，了解香港新聞業的發展和歷史。首場免費導賞團將於3月8日（星期六）舉行，詳情如下：

The Hong Kong News-Expo is collaborating with a group of local docents and organising the “Tracing the Hong Kong Newspaper Industry” guided tour. We will take everyone on a journey back in time to explore the revitalised historical buildings in the Central and Sheung Wan areas, learn about the newspaper and printing industries in the past, and visit the News-Expo to understand the development and history of the Hong Kong media industry.

To celebrate its sixth anniversary, the Hong Kong News-Expo held the awards ceremony for its 6th Anniversary Commemorative Stamp Design Competition on April 5 and invited Mr Paul Chan Mo-po, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR to officiate the ceremony and speak at the subsequent financial forum. The event attracted around a hundred guests from the education, media, and other sectors.
